Arden Park has large lots, mid-century ranch homes and a lot of original concrete that has reached the end of its life. Full backyard redos are common: tear out the old slab, then build a larger patio with a fire pit, seat walls and a path to the side yard.

Bigger lots give room for an outdoor kitchen or a separate seating area away from the house, and they also mean more surface to drain. We plan grading for the whole yard, not just the patio.

Arden Park and most of Arden-Arcade are unincorporated, so permits go through Sacramento County rather than the City of Sacramento. We handle that side when a project needs it.
