These terms apply to your use of elevationlandscapingca.com, operated by Elevation Landscaping Sacramento ("Elevation," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only. Any project you hire us for is governed by its own written contract.
Information on this site
The descriptions, typical depths, timelines and other details on this site are general information about how hardscape work is usually done in the Sacramento area. Every property is different. Nothing on this site is a quote, a guarantee of price or schedule, or engineering or legal advice. Permit requirements change and depend on your city, county and HOA.
Estimates and contracts
- Site visits and estimates are free and do not obligate you to anything.
- An estimate becomes binding only when it is put into a written contract that you sign.
- Work is performed by contractors licensed by the California Contractors State License Board. You can check any contractor's license at cslb.ca.gov.
- Home improvement contracts will include the disclosures California law requires, including your right to cancel within three business days and limits on down payments.
- Warranty terms, if any, are stated in your written contract.

When you submit the estimate form, call, text or email us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request and project. These are not marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Photos and content
The text, design, logo and photos on this site belong to Elevation or are used with permission. Project photos show work completed for our customers. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy the site's content or photos for commercial use without our written permission.
Reviews shown on this site are quoted from public Google reviews by our customers.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site, including by submitting false requests, sending spam through the form, attempting to break its security or scraping it with automated tools.
